‎For married couples in Ondo City and its environs, an opportunity to reconnect, learn and build healthier homes is coming on Friday, October 30, 2026, as Nurse Olufunke Olofinnika, popularly known as MamaSuper, hosts a free Couples’ Night & Family Empowerment programme under Empowering Health with MamaSuper 3.0.

‎The event is designed to help couples become more intentional about their marriages, family health and parenting, with God at the centre of their homes.

‎A healthy marriage does not happen by chance. It grows through honest communication, mutual understanding, emotional connection and a shared commitment to family wellbeing. Yet, amid daily pressures and parenting responsibilities, couples can sometimes neglect their relationship and their health.

‎Recognising these challenges, MamaSuper is bringing marriage enrichment and family health education together in an engaging evening featuring practical discussions on marital communication, reproductive and sexual health, and raising children with godly values. The programme will also include prayers and couples’ connection activities to encourage partners to reconnect and grow together.

‎Participants will benefit from free blood pressure checks and appropriate referrals, reinforcing the importance of preventive healthcare in maintaining family wellbeing.

‎To make attendance easier for parents, free childcare arrangements will be provided. Couples travelling from outside Ondo City can also receive assistance with arranging affordable hotel accommodation at their own expense.

‎The programme holds special significance for MamaSuper, as it forms part of her birthday celebration. In a spirit of gratitude to God, she is choosing to mark another year of life by creating an opportunity to support marriages, promote family health and encourage stronger homes.
